We granted certiorari to consider the validity of certain inter vivos transfers made by the decedent, Carl T. Barnhart. We affirm the decision of the court of appeals in Estate of Barnhart et al. v. Burkhardt et al., Colo.App., 563 P.2d 972 (1977).
