Appellant was convicted of armed robbery, pursuant to IC 1971, 35-12-1-1, and sentenced to twenty-two years' imprisonment. The record discloses the following facts: On the evening of August 13, 1975, the appellant, with two companions, robbed a restaurant in Richmond, Indiana. All three men were armed.
