(Company) to cease and desist from 1) refusing to honor the collective bargaining contract signed on November 12, 1974 with Local Lodge 289, International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers, AFL-CIO (Union), 2) refusing to recognize the Union, 3) coercively polling its employees about their sympathies, 4) informing its employees that benefits were initiated...
