HALL, Justice.

On this appeal we affirm Aguilar's conviction for the murder of his former wife's second husband.

Trial Evidence

Aguilar and his former wife, Elvita, had three children of whom she had custody. The state's evidence showed that for some months following the divorce there had been conflict between the parties as Aguilar pressed for more time with his children than the divorce decree allowed him, and manifested jealousy about her remarriage...
