WARD, Justice.

Ed Turner sued Paul Byers and two others upon several theories, one being for the wrongful breach of an employment contract. Trial was before a jury and an instructed verdict was entered for the two Defendants other than Paul Byers. Thereafter, the jury, upon special issues submitted, determined that the dismissal of the Plaintiff from his employment by the Defendant Byers was justified, and, further, failed to find that the Plaintiff...
