The Jefferson County Grand Jury on June 23, 1976, indicted Charles Dorian Braden, alias Norman Alonzo Braden, for theft by unlawful taking over $100.00 (KRS 514.030); receiving stolen property over $100.00 (KRS 514.110); possession of burglar's tools (KRS 511.050), and as a persistent felony offender (KRS 532.080).
