This is an appeal from a superior court judgment granting a writ of mandate as to respondents Yeutter and Griffiths and denying the petition for writ of mandate as to appellant Overturf. On July 22, 1976, an administrative law judge issued a proposed decision finding that cause existed for disciplinary action against Overturf, Griffiths, and Yeutter, but that no public purpose would be achieved by imposing discipline...
