NYE, Chief Justice.

In a bifurcated trial in a suit on a promissory note, after the trial court had granted the Bank judgment for principal and interest on the note, and after the defendants had paid the principal amount due thereon, the trial court conducted a hearing on the amount of attorney fees due.
