Moravek, appeals from ruling of the Scott District Court dismissing his petition in equity seeking a declaratory judgment establishing that his continuing teaching contract with the Davenport Community School District (District) was valid and enforceable for the 1975-76 school year and each successive year thereafter until it was properly terminated.
