Defendant pleaded guilty to unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, ORS 164.135, and was placed on probation by a judgment order entered May 3, 1977. Thereafter, on January 4, 1978, the trial court revoked defendant's probation and sentenced him to serve three years in the custody of the Corrections Division.
