Peterson and against Conida Warehouses, Inc., defendant-appellant, for the value of a portion of a bean crop grown on Peterson property. It was delivered to Conida under the provisions of an agreement between Conida and third-party defendants Grimms who were tenant farmers on the Peterson property....
