Jack Joy and Betty Joy, plaintiffs-appellants, appeal from the entry of judgment in favor of Dr. Andrew Y.S. Chau, defendant-appellee. The jury returned a verdict in favor of Chau in a medical malpractice action initiated against him by the Joys as a result of treatment rendered upon Jack Joy following an automobile accident.
