This is an action against the United States brought under the provisions of the Federal Tort Claims Act, 28 U.S.C.A. § 1346(b). The plaintiff alleges that he sustained serious personal injuries as a result of a fall which occurred in the parking lot adjacent to the Noncommissioned Officers (NCO) Club at the L. G.
