This is a consolidation of two inverse condemnation suits which were brought by plaintiffs-appellants Kenneth and Marilyn Burgdorf and plaintiffs-appellants Edwin, Loyce, and Carl Lurker (Burgdorf, et al.) against defendant-appellee Southern Indiana Gas and Electric Company (SIGECO).
