Co., 216 Va. 93, 215 S.E.2d 918 (1975), we affirmed the State Corporation Commission's approval of one segment of a proposed 765 kilovolt (kv) circuit, or "loop," connecting the generating facilities of Appalachian Power Company with the population centers of western Virginia needing electrical power.
