Wright, Jr., a member of the Chattanooga bar, was charged with unprofessional conduct committed while representing the wife in a divorce action in the Circuit Court of Hamilton County, Tennessee, and during his representation of a party seeking appointment as conservator of her father in the Chancery Court.
