Federal law enforcement officers searched, pursuant to the command of a warrant which was valid on its face, a certain safety deposit box of a bank, in which box the defendant Mr. Steadman has a possessory interest, and in which was found evidence incriminatory of Mr. Steadman under the charge that he possessed insured money which had been taken from the Baileyton, Tennessee branch of the Greene County...
