Wrongful death action. Original plaintiff, Bessie Pappas, sued for damages for injuries sustained as a result of a fall on defendant's bus on November 23, 1973. After Bessie's death on December 10, 1974, her executrix was substituted as plaintiff and the action became one for wrongful death. Plaintiff submitted on the theory of res ipsa loquitur.
