This is an appeal from the issuance of a temporary injunction. Defendant, Calvary Baptist Church, purchased a 5-acre tract of land which is contiguous to Unit 12 of the Heritage South Subdivision of the City of Tyler. In connection with its project to build a church on the 5-acre tract, defendant purchased two vacant lots within Unit 12, being lots 9 and 10, which abutted the 5-acre tract along the east side.
