The trial court denied relief to Mid America on its complaint to foreclose upon a lien, since it had failed to give the Horns notice as required by IC 32-8-3-1, Ind. Ann. Stat. § 43-701 (Burns Code Ed.) and had failed to meet the disclosure requirement of the Truth In Lending Act.
