Wells Dairy Company, defendant and appellant herein, appeals from a jury verdict and judgment in favor of Clark Bilt, Inc., plaintiff and appellee herein, in a negligence action arising out of a motor vehicle accident which occurred on September 26, 1974, in Holt County, Nebraska.
