Appellant was convicted of threatening to injure the person of Dr. Harlan Randolph, the then-president of Federal City College, in violation of D.C.Code 1973, § 22-2307. He appeals that conviction and, separately, an order of the trial court denying his motion, filed while his original appeal was pending, for a new trial.
