On January 21, 1977, defendant pleaded guilty of burglary in the third degree in full satisfaction of an indictment charging him with burglary in the third degree and grand larceny in the third degree. At the time of sentencing, defendant moved to withdraw his guilty plea and plead not guilty. The motion was denied.
