Defendant appeals from a conviction by a jury of two counts of murder in the first degree, two counts of robbery in the first degree, and one count of exhibiting a deadly weapon in a rude, angry and threatening manner. Under the Second Offender Act the court assessed his punishment at life imprisonment on each of the two counts of murder, and twenty-five years imprisonment on each count of robbery, to run consecutively, and five years imprisonment...
