Certiorari upon the relation of Parten Machinery Company (Parten), employer, and Federated Mutual Insurance Company, its insurer, to review a decision of the Workers' Compensation Court of Appeals awarding compensation to employee, John Fryhling, because of the aggravation of a previous industrial injury to his left wrist and hand while he was operating a turret lathe as a machinist for Parten. Relators challenge the sufficiency of the evidence...
