HARRISON, Justice.

This is an appeal in a damage action for alleged fraudulent representations in the sale of a motel. In a nonjury case, the court found for defendants and plaintiffs appeal.

Plaintiffs-appellants are Arnold and Minnie Schulz, husband and wife, and their son Robert Schulz. The family had operated a drive-in restaurant in Elkton, Oregon, before coming to Gardiner, Montana. While living at Elkton, they formed a friendship with Luis Dohnalek...
