Court of Appeals of North Carolina.

November 21, 1978.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Atty. Gen. Rufus L. Edmisten by Asst. Atty. Gen. Amos C. Dawson, III, Raleigh, for the State.

I. C. Crawford, Asheville, for defendants-appellants.
