This is an action brought pro se by the plaintiff under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. § 552 (1976), against the Department of Justice and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). By letter of June 5, 1975, plaintiff, who is presently incarcerated as a result of his conviction for bank robbery, requested from the Department of Justice the "entire investigative file" that led to his indictment...
