This is an appeal by Joseph H. Liberman (defendant) from two judgments of conviction of violations of ordinances of the City of St. Louis regulating pawnbrokers.

Defendant, a pawnbroker in the City of St. Louis, was charged by information filed in case No. 158293 in City Court with violation in November, 1974, of § 700.130 of Ordinance No. 55784 of the City of St. Louis by unlawfully accepting for pawn a saxophone without making a photograph...
