This case arises from an order1 of the National Labor Relations Board (Board) affirming the decision2 of an Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) that the AMF Head Division of AMF, Inc. (hereinafter "the Company") violated sections 8(a)(1) and (3) of the National Labor Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. § 151 et seq. (1970)
