These appeals are from orders granting summary judgment in favor of appellee Barney Woronoff, doing business as Dexter Bar, in two cases which were consolidated below. The cases arose out of one factual occurrence, an automobile accident, which resulted in several parties seeking recovery for injuries against the Dexter Bar under the dramshop act. MCLA 436.22; MSA 18.993.
