In this appeal, attorney Mark Weaver challenges a contempt citation and fine imposed upon him by Superior Court Judge C.J. Occhipinti. Weaver, an assistant public defender, was assigned in October, 1975, to represent Jean Fox,1 who had been indicted for the crime of shooting with intent to kill, wound, or maim.
