This appeal comes from a conviction of criminal possession of a forged instrument in the second degree (KRS 516.060). The appellant was sentenced to one year's confinement on the charge.

The evidence introduced at trial showed that Mrs. Sara P. Alexander of Nashville, Tennessee, owned certain apartments located in Franklin, Kentucky. The manager of those apartments, Mrs. Eddie Bunch, hired Jessie Law to trim trees on the property for $400. In...
