This is an action ex delicto filed by John H. Anderson and his wife, Noemie L. Anderson, against Jessie B. West and his insurer, Aetna Casualty and Surety Company, as well as Hartford Accident and Indemnity Company, plaintiffs' insurer under the uninsured motorist provisions of the policy.
