Appellants Larry Wayne Brown and Larry Edward Hendrix appeal from their jury conviction on one count of conspiracy to rob the Citizens Bank of Jonesboro, Arkansas, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2113(d) and 371. Brown had previously been acquitted by a jury on a charge of perjury arising out of his testimony before the grand jury investigating the bank robbery conspiracy....
