On July 29, 1976, Properties, Inc., and Public Service Company of New Hampshire petitioned the Rockingham County Superior Court for an injunction. The plaintiffs who are in the process of constructing a nuclear power plant in Seabrook were thereby attempting to prevent a demonstration against the power plant from occurring on the construction site.
