GURFEIN, Circuit Judge.

The appellants were convicted of conspiracy,1 violation of the Anti-Racketeering Act, 18 U.S.C. § 1962(b),2 violation of the Consumer Credit Protection Act, 18 U.S.C. § 894,3 and violation of the Hobbs Act, 18 U.S.C. § 1951.4 Gambino was found guilty also of tax evasion for the years 1970-1973 and 1975.
