(Altimont), a general contractor, to do a certain construction project; Altimont in turn subcontracted with Rider Enterprises, Inc. (Rider) for electrical work and with Herndon Lumber & Millwork, Inc. (Herndon) for lumber materials. When $38,000 worth of work remained to be performed by Altimont for Zion, a dispute arose between them and Altimont walked off the...
