Defendants Charles McKnight ("Charles"), Thomas McKnight ("Thomas") and Michael Grayson ("Grayson") were charged in a one-count indictment with conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine, a schedule II nonnarcotic controlled substance, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846.1 On June 10, 1977, Thomas pleaded guilty to Count I of the indictment.
