Appellants, having been charged in separate counts of an indictment with various criminal offenses, were, after a jury trial, found guilty of felony murder1 and robbery.2 Appellant Albany was found guilty also of carrying a pistol without a license.3 Each appellant was sentenced to imprisonment for a term of 20 years to life for the felony murder...
