We are confronted with the question whether an involuntary proceeding for the dissolution and liquidation of a corporation may be instituted by summary process.

Plaintiff, a shareholder of O. L. Bunn, Inc., filed suit requesting the involuntary liquidation of the corporation. The petition contained a prayer for an order directing the defendants to show cause why the corporation should not be placed in involuntary judicial liquidation.
