Ronald Brown, William McGowan, and Bruce Fann were charged by indictment with burglary (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1969, ch. 38, par. 19-1 in that they knowingly and without authority entered Bluestein's Clothing Company, Inc., store with the intent to commit theft.
