Appellant, Richard A. Deter, appeals an order of contempt entered in a dissolution of marriage proceeding. We reverse.

Appellee, Dinina D. Deter, filed a petition for dissolution of marriage and sought certain temporary relief which was granted in a temporary order issued on March 8, 1977.
