On August 19, 1972, Linda LaFrenz was fatally injured when an automobile participating in a demolition derby jumped a barrier striking her. At the time of the occurrence, the decedent was standing in the pit area. Before entering the pit area, decedent had executed an instrument entitled, "WAIVER AND RELEASE FROM LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT."
