On the afternoon of April 4, 1974, the plaintiff and defendant were involved in an automobile accident while both parties were operating their motor vehicles in a northerly direction along Benton Avenue in Winslow. The plaintiff's action alleged negligence of the defendant and sought damages for resulting personal injuries.
