Plaintiff-appellee Allied Pullets, Inc. brought an action for the conversion of 16,000 pullets against the defendant-appellant Clarence Yoder d/b/a Yoder Feed Service. Yoder counterclaimed for damages arising from an alleged breach of the contract between the parties. A trial to the court resulted in judgment for Allied with a partial judgment for Yoder on his counterclaim. Upon the overruling of his motion to correct errors, Yoder perfected this appeal...
