At a jury trial in the District Court for Salt Lake County, Defendant Steven Craig Turner was found guilty of aggravated robbery, under Utah Code Ann. 1953, Sec. 76-6-302, as amended in 1975. Defendant was sentenced to the indeterminate term of five years to life in prison.
