SMITH, Judge.

Plaintiff, Cecil Slifer, commenced this action against defendant, Wheeler & Lewis, an architectural firm, (the Architect), to recover damages for injuries sustained as a result of a building construction accident. The jury returned a verdict for Slifer in the amount of $105,000, but the trial court entered a judgment in favor of the Architect, notwithstanding the verdict. Slifer appeals. We reverse and remand with instructions to reinstate the jury...
