We granted certiorari to review the court of appeals' decision in Kornfeld v. Yost, Colo.App., 551 P.2d 219. The court of appeals reversed the district court judgment and affirmed the action of the Adams County Board of Commissioners denying petitioner a retail liquor store license. We reverse the judgment of the court of appeals and direct that the appeal be dismissed.
