Plaintiff is a former professor at the Wethersfield School of Law. He filed for and was adjudicated a bankrupt on June 11, 1976. Plaintiff now brings this diversity action against the Acting President of the school alleging that as a result of defendant's misrepresentation and negligence, plaintiff was induced to execute a contract deferring payment of certain back wages for a period of five years....
